The CLICK & FOAM Supernova low pressure foam generator is designed primarily for the transport and food processing facility. The CLICK & FOAM can also be used but anywhere where foam cleaning is practiced; for example in agricultural, or industrial cleaning.
This patented system will produce a very good volume of continuous free flowing detergent foam.


The CLICK & FOAM is capable of operating at relatively low liquid pressures and is suitable for use with water powered dilution systems such as the 'NOVAMIX'.


The CLICK & FOAM low pressure foam generator is a method of applying foam detergent using low pressure between 2 and 9 bar. It does require compressed air. Comprising: 20 meters of 3/4' low pressure jetting hose, valve with quick connect lance coupling, foam lance and rinse lance.


With the CLICK & FOAM, all parameters such as energy, time, chemistry and temperature are in balance. When this occurs you achieve maximum results with minimal consumption of water, energy, chemicals and effort. In practice, with the CLICK & FOAM this means not only an approximately 50% reduction of water consumption but also ca 10% lower temperature used in production. Thanks to a correct use of pressure and flow in the system, these savings are obtained without compromising on performance or quality.

The CLICK & FOAM is a low pressure foam generator consisting a water driven NOVAMIX precision injector.
The standard injector has a injection ratio between 2 and 4%. Optional the CLICK & FOAM can be delivered with several injectors with a injection ratio from 0.05 up till 20%.

The injector is build in a machined massive synthetic block who is chemical resisting to the most corrosive and aggressive chemicals.
The Synthetic block protects the pump from accidental damage and features the water inlet, the foam chamber and is connected to the discharge hose.

The 400mm long foam lance is also machined in the same chemical resisting synthetic.

The cover of the CLICK & FOAM is made of 2.5mm Stainless steel what makes the system very robust. In the cover there is a integrated hose holder.
