DOSANOVA unique CLICK&CLEAN Chemical Centre is designed for central dosing of chemicals. The CLICK & CLEAN offers in 1 station the required functionalities for professional cleaning of exterior surfaces in the Food Industry. It offers basically a rinse mode for a water-rinse-function up to 50 bars and a foam or spray-mode for a cleaning- or disinfection-function. It consists of a automatic selection valve who selects the product that the users demand.
When the users select 1 of the 4 options, the CLICK & CLEAN shuts-off automatically the other possibilities. Also the air pressure for foam cleaning will be closed or opened automatically when the user switches the handle.
With the CLICK & CLEAN, it's impossible to mix the different chemicals with each other like on the most opposite systems. With 1 handle the operator selects the 4 possible options what makes the CLICK & CLEAN impossible to manipulate.
The CLICK & FOAM is a low pressure foam generator consisting 2 NOVAMIX precision injectors.
The standard injector has a injection ratio between 2 and 4%. On demand the CLICK & FOAM can be delivered with several injectors with a injection ratio from 0.05 up till 20%.
